The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement for repair and install HVAC on Fort McCoy, WI.  It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation will be 100% Small Business.  Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The anticipated period of performance will be 17 February 2023 through 16 February 2024 as a base year, with two (2) twelve (12) month option years.

Indianapolis Building Interior Renovation
The project involves the renovation of approximately 24,000 square feet of existing vacant office space on three floors at the Minton-Capehart Federal Building located at 575 N. Pennsylvania St., Indianapolis, Indiana.  The scope includes the build-out of seven courtrooms, waiting areas, private offices, and space for support services. Work includes selective demolition, new partitions, finishes, doors and frames, HVAC modifications, plumbing, electrical/data, AV, security, modifications for fire suppression and alarm systems, and asbestos abatement for floor mastic. The contract completion time for this project is one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed.  The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a negotiated, best value procurement. The contractor is to provide all management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary for this project.  The proposed contract is being solicited as a Small Business Set Aside.

Shore Protection Project Fort Pierce Beach Renourishment 2023 St. Lucie County, Florida
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project is located at Duval County, Florida Project work consists of dredging 400,000 cubic yards of material from the existing borrow area off the coast of Fort Pierce Beach. This material will be placed on the beach between Sta. 338+65 to Sta. 391+50. Base work also includes mobilization and demobilization, screening, beach tilling, remediation of noncompliant material, transportation and disposal of noncompliant material, vibration controls and monitoring, environmental species monitoring, turbidity monitoring, sea turtle non-capture travel sweeping, MEC support, and stand by time. Magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.

In preparation for the increased Construction Division support during the Fort Randall û Major Unit Rehab, two of the private offices will be subdivided in the Fort Randall Powerhouse Administration Area. This will provide an additional private office and cubicle workspace for Construction Division personnel. The second-floor office space at Fort Randall Dam is in need of a renovation in order to accommodate the temporary placement of additional construction division personnel. The renovation includes the installation of demountable walls in two private offices, as well as the installation of a demountable wall in the open space between the elevators and the bathrooms. In order to create workable office space this renovation will also include masonry rework of an existing wall to add a door opening. One of the office spaces will also require the removal of an existing door from its frame. Lighting fixtures will be replaced, and lighting controls will be updated to accommodate the demountable walls. Additional receptacles and communication drops will be installed to accommodate the increase of workstations. Smoke detectors and audible notification devices integrated into the fire alarm systems will be installed. New emergency exit signage will be installed. Existing ductwork will be modified to provide additional supplies and returns.

Renovate Corrosion Control Hangar Bldg 6626
The Government intends to establish Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for Hangar 6626 Renovation project at Barksdale Air Force Base, LA. The work will include all work in accordance with the plans and specification and includes the renovation and upgrade of building systems to meet Air Force standards: repair of existing hangar, replace interior hangar doors, HVAC, Electrical/Lighting/Communication/Security Systems, and Plumbing, roofing, interior and exterior finishes etc. to provide an operational corrosion control facility so that corrosion control activities can commence to support the active bomb wing.
